My name is Madhavrao Pachupate, and I am working for software firm in Mumbai as Associate Technical Architect. I work in Microsoft Technologies, aware of most of server and client technologies available from Microsoft. This blog is an attempt to capture and share my thoughts with others.

I have worked with Microsoft Commerce Server, Microsoft Content Management Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server in past currently focusing on developing reusable frameworks based on work done by Microsoft Patterns and Practice Group and my past experience.

Software Architecture, is one of the areas of my interest. I wish to get my TOGAF certification in near future, still doing my ground work for the same. I am particularly interested in achieving economy of scale for developing software’s, while designing Software Architectures, apart from other requirements of software. There are many ways of achieving the same, few of them are like

• using non-domain specific re-usable components like application blocks, software factories,
• developing domain specific re-usable components
• improvising development process
• developing frameowork of tools, process and reusable artifacts (components, documents, etc)

I would try to cover my thoughts on the same in this blog.
